I've an Ocean View one bedroom spacious studio type apartment in the area of Puerto Nuevo that I'm trying to get rented long term. This apartment
is like a small casita as is all by itself, gated with paved parking for 1 car. I just had this apartment remodeled so it's like new. It comes with a spacious
bedroom, kitchen with counter bar, double sink with many kitchen cabinets and a full bathroom with shower., it will be ideal for 1 person.  I'm trying to find someone that is looking to rent long term, 1 year minimum but hopefully more than that. For the right tenant I would rent this apartment for $200 dlls per month unfurnished, the utilities are not included. I'm a very flexible person so do let me know if you are interested and when would you be planning to move into the area of Rosarito/Puerto Nuevo and I will email pictures of the apartment and any additional information that you might need. Puerto Nuevo is about 10 minutes south of Rosarito. My apartment is within one minute up the hill from the main free road that goes to the Puerto Nuevo restaurants.
