Hello, I am moving to San Antonio Del Mar in a few weeks. I am american and plan on commuting daily. I would like to hear what you know about the safety of the community. I am a woman and will be coming alone. Will I really need to pay duty on my things when I move over? Does anyone feel like teaching me Spanish. Will also need a handyman.
