You may want to post this question to "Baja Nomad" under their questions section. You'll likely get a few recommendations very quickly because there are quite a few people on that site who live in Rosarito ... check it out: forums.bajanomad.com

Your doing the right thing looking for a reputable electrician. Many of the so called electricians are a little too creative here

I usually give a little tip. At first, I was kind of annoyed, but after giving some thought I just see they are just trying to make a living -- it's better than outright begging

I got brave and tried the one in the Plaza Mazatlan Ejido shopping center, and it was actually quite good.  I've gone back a few times ... they give a lot of food, and it's all been tasty so far

yes, it was quite a shock experience ... i did let her clean my teeth and she did a good job, but soon as she said i had 9 cavities, i split ... the good TJ dentist we found, through a friend, was "Gabiente Dental" ... a father and daughter team ... very ethical ... very good ... I was impressed and to be honest, I was terrified to try a dentist outside the US, but they are great and it sounds like there are many other great dentists in TJ
