So PETTY! People say the same words (threats) everyday to eachother. It sounds like a bunch of "low lives" targeted "HER". All the violence in Tijuana? Please-PEOPLE-Snap out of your stuper!
You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Like a bunch of puppets on a string, jumping on the bandwagon. "Low Lives" Yeah!

I shouldn't even have to say this you should already know. Talk is cheap. Freedom of speech. You can say anything you want, as long as you don't act on it, and put into force.

Yes the 10 days is not true, But down here in Rosarito it is possible to "hire" a police officer to come over and try to get you to leave.

Recently a friend of mine paid a tenent 500.00 bucks to move out and this was after he had not paid for 3 months. You can drag this out in the courts if you choose..

From what I know it does take a while to evict people. 10 days is a joke. My landlord evicted one tenant and gave her 60 days to move out so that may be the soonest legal option.

Do you have any lawyer friends down there you can call ?
