I just got an email from Newcity that they are renting the units with an option to buy, a 2bdr is 1650 and a 3bdr is 2000 a month including all the maintnance fees. If you sign up for the rent with an option to buy all of your monthly rent can go into the downpayment once you decide to purchase. the email came from newcitytijuana@gmail.com.
