I think it depends where you are at. If you are on a 3rd floor or above in most parts of Cacho, Chapu and Centro, you will be ok. I have always received perfect service on a 3g network from Sprint in Chapultepec, Centro, Zona Norte, Zona Rio and parts of Playas close to the border. Thinking of trying this but the $150 for the device is a bit much.

This place is thorougly disgusting. I have seen bug carts with tastier selections than this place. The price is cheap at 50 pesos but the food is old, rotten fruit, half of the shit is missing. I just happened to get a glance of the kitchen walking by and it looked like a Navi had taken a giant shit on all of the walls. After looking at all the food, I told my chica that we cannot eat here. No wonder the waitress was trying to get us to pay up front. The worst I have seen in 18 countries.

There are some powerful indoor antennas that might give you all of the local San Diego and TJ channels. I bought one for $50 and it seems to get NBC, FOX, PBS, Channel 51 local channel in San DIego. Cannot seem to consistenly get CBS or ABC.
I hear that you can now get Dish Network in Tijuana with HD and with Sky but havent used either.
Another good option is to download all of the television shows and either burn them on a DVD or put all of your files in a media center.
I rent blu ray television shows and watch them and watch movies as well.
