Celestina

Hi I am currently living in Cuernavaca Morelos Mexico. I have been here for four months.I love it here.The weather is wonderful. However it is very expensive and being a Central California native (Monterey) I miss the ocean and would like to be closer to the states. I am a senior citizen 63 years old with two little Chihuauas. I want to live in Playas near the beach. My income is limited. I read that in order to recieve utilities you must have a FM2.I am not sure what that takes or the cost.

I have been checking the weather and wonder when the rain stops? My visa is up on April Fourteenth. Would I have to have a health ceritficate for my dogs or would the one I recieve from the vet here suffise,which I need anyway to fly to TJ. and what about bringing them in and out over the border as I will probably be going to San Diego off and on. Just in case I want to take them with me. My husband is going to retire in July 2009. We are looking at retiring in Mexico. I am not sure when I am leaving as I am having dental work done. Would I have a better chance of finding a house in March as opposed to Feburary? I cant pay more than three hundred a month? Are there any motels in Playas that except  dogs prefeably a cheap one in Playas. What is the cost of renting a car from the airport? I just talked to a person that drove down here from Houston Texas and he said gas is more expensive in Mexico than the state?
