In Topic: My mom's Sentri pass suspended.

I just wanted to give an update on this. My mom went to her meeting today. Apparently, her front license plate had been stolen or fallen off and she hadn't noticed. They said she can have her pass back once it's fixed. I have no idea why they wouldn't tell her that when they took the pass in the first place.

My sister got her card back. They took my mom's. She has an appointment for the 18th and I told her to call to see if there's anything she's supposed to bring, so maybe that will give her an indication of what's going on.

Adding: I just talked to her and apparently my sister was with her and got her card back. Very weird.
