The only service I've been able to pay online with my US debit card is DISH and Telnor.

DISH was no problem ever, just go to the site, put in your Dish account # and follow the steps to make an online payment.

For Telnor, I had to go into a Telnor store/service center and register my card before I could use it to pay my bill. Basically the just took copies of my card and passport to be sure it's my card.

Electric & water I pay at any Oxxo... we call for a fill up for our propane when it's low.

Like Cyanide said, water doesn't care if you're late but the electric gives you only 6-7 days, then your cut. I usually pay my water every 2 months when I pay my electric, they don't even add a penalty.

A good friend of mine has had a couple procedures done here and is very happy with the results...
(he had bags removed from under his eyes)

He is one of the more expensive one's in TJ, from what I've heard.

Like it's been stated previously... I would not shop for bargains when looking for Plastic Surgeons, OR shopping for Lasik...

I went here last weekend on our way back from Popotla... they have an Extensive Tequila collection... some very obscure brands alongside well known brands. The prices are not great, but not too bad. I'd stick with buying brand names like Don Julio at the new La Playa store across from Plaza Rio.
