I recently needed brakes for my car. I got them done at:

Take Fundadores away from Agua Caliente
Go past the cliffs
Go past the Auto Zone
Find the first stop light with a left turn arrow
(There will be two signs, one saying Miraflores)
Take a left, a right, and a left at each block
Frendos Servin will be in a couple of blocks on the right.

They charge 380 pesos for metallic pad and the price includes turning the rotor. They will install pad you buy elsewhere and turn the rotor for 200 pesos.

I bought Duralast Gold pads in the US as I think these are a higher quality break pad than is usually installed in Tijuana. (The Duralast Gold is made to OEM specifications and is not a generic pad. That means it doesn’t squeak and produce the black dust of generic pads. Ceramic pads, of course, are better, but cost more. I paid about $35.00 for the Duralast Gold pads at Auto Zone in the US.)

Frenos Servin turned the rotor and install the pads for 200 pesos. I was happy with the work; the breaks weren’t mushy when the done was finished

They charged me 40 pesos to inspect my rear brakes. Which, as I suspected, didn’t need replacing.

Everything—including turning the rotor—is done on premises. There were no customers in front of me when I arrived and they finished in about an hour.

I didn’t ask their hours; however, their sign said they are open Sunday mornings. I don’t know if they speak English, but doubt they do. (Call them to see if you don’t speak Spanish and don’t have a friend around who can translate for you.)
