Could be different for everyone. Also depends on the size of the house.

Her is mine. 2 bedroom, 2 living room, 2 full bathroom, & kitchen, 2 story house.

Bills are as follows. (average)

Water - 150 pesos per month
Electricity - 350-400 pesos every 2 months
Gas - I have 2 propane tanks, don't know how much it cost to refill them, also depends how you use it. But mayber 480 pesos every 2 months for us
Telephone & internet & cable - 500 pesos every month

That is what my expenses look like.

So to steal buen amigos format... here is my break down for a 3bd 2.5 bath, household of 3, (sometimes 4)

Water - 100 pesos per month
Electricity - 700 pesos every 2 months
Gas - 450 pesos every 5-6 weeks*
Telephone & internet & cable - 800 pesos every month**

* gas depends on how much you use. We use it for the stove, boiler (water heater), and dryer. I recently put up a clothes line and fixed a small gas leak which should help improve my usage.

**I have almost every channel, High Def, and the 4Mbs internet. You could get the basic services for a lot less. Calling from your home phone to a cell phone costs money and can add up fast.

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath apt. and I live alone most of the time.jajajajaja

I pay the following:

200 - 270 pesos for gas per month
80 pesos for water per month
200 pesos for electric every 2 months

The gas actually seems high since I barley ever use the stove but I do like my hot showers.

We use a clothes line to dry our clothes. Figured gas dryer would use up the gas. And an electric dryer would use up the electricity. With solar drying you come out ahead. lol tongue.gif

Our water heater (boiler) is usually off during the summer cause the water is usually warm. So no gas gets wasted with just the pilot light being on.

My only problem is that the sun hits that side in the AM and mornings can be overcast. I have to make sure to get the clothes on the line as soon as possible to make sure they are dry by the end of the day.

Yeah that sucks. Usually my wife does the laundry. But since I'm single now (she is on vaca) i have to do laundry, which is usually on the weekends. Sun hits my balcony where we hang clothes in the AM till about MID-DAY. After that it's shaddy. But clothes dry even in the shade. So it's not really a problem. Unless you need them dry right away.

gas 300 month
elec 700 every 2 months
