I'm looking for a recommendation for a hotel near the Macroplaza. Something not $$$$, but more $$$... Any suggestions?

The Villa Dorado is right off the Via Rapida heading back towards the border. Pretty close to Macroplaza. The Motel Via is also fairly close. Both are the deluxe love-type hotels, but I assume you can book 24-hour stays there with in and out privileges (no pun intended).
Otherwise, some decent motels near UBC and the Airport in Otay.
