State Police truck 123 276 302

This morning the state police pounded on my door. Then they kicked in the door, assaulted me, tore up my apartment , put me in the truck with handcuffs and drove me everywhere for an hour and half. Never to a station. Dropped me off 2 blocks from where i live and i walked home. They said, stolen car, then drugs, and finally child porn on my pc. They also did a search if i had any warrants in the USA. Nothing, i am clean.
What really makes me mad, is they stoled 500 pesos from me.
They had no paperwork for entering. Nothing. The cuffs were so tight, my thumb is still numb.
I contacted the American Embassy and they told me i really have no rights here.
I called the 1-866-201-5060 anonymous crime report hotline. ahh, really no help.
I have a video of the whole thing. I was recording everything from my pc web cam.
I have been told to take it to the news. And i guess that will be my death sentence.
Maybe i'll upload it to youtube, or send a CD to somebody important, but then again, i here they will come after me in the USA.
I guess you are asking why did this happen to me? I have a crazy ex that has threatened me if i leave her. She has stopped working so she can go everywhere with me to keep an eye on me. Well, she did what she has always threatened to do.
So tomorrow, i'll be gone, back to the USA. Why? I have no way of protecting myself from the evil corrupt police.
My dream has been destroyed by the police and my crazy ex.
Me, 56, white, architectural illustrator and designer. A peace loving low key cool kinda guy.
I was living in Alta Mira. Again, those numbers are the police trucks.
Be safe, take care.

But you were lucky; never taken to the police station, not thrown in jail to await trial, never lost up in a kafkaesque crimal justice system
I know a local boy who had a similiar situation; ex-fling made false accusations. Spent 24 hours in jail and the public defender got the case dropped.
So pissing off the wrong people can be dangerous.

My ex told her friend Mike i hit her and threw her out on the street. Which is not true. And he has connections and reported false information to the police. Well that is all, for now. Fingers crossed that i can make it across this morning, because i told Mike i had a video, before i knew it was him who did this to me.
Ciao.

I am surprised it was the State Police since I thought they were supposed to be higher class than the local police.
Sorry for the crazy ex novia that could happen to any of us.

Over the weekend, reached down, grabbed my balls, and decided to make a stand. At this time, i am not gonna put my tail between my legs and run back the the USA. Today i went to the PGJE, Procuraduria General de Justicia del Estado de Baja California, filed a report, and tomorrow return, and meet up with the Agencia Delitos Patrimoniales, to watch my video.
So far, they seem to act like this is very important. Hell, i believe i am putting my life on the line here. We will see what happens.
Forget who sent them(Police), i don't care if bugs bunny sent them, they were wrong in so many ways, and i am going to go the distance to punish them.
Maybe you think i'm an idiot, "get the heck outta dodge!", but respect in my life is very important. And i will fight for it.
Ok that is all for now,...next is human rights.

I haven't had the opportunity to log on here for the past 3 days until now, so my advice is a little late. However, I'll say first that you did the right thing by filing a report with the PGJE against those uniformed criminals with badges and recorded their unit #.
The next thing I recommend is to file a complaint with the State Human Rights Office. All of their field investigators are law school graduates and they will investigate this:
http://www.pdhbc.org/
You can also contact Tijuana's foremost private ombudsman Victor Clark of the non-profit Binational Center for Human Rights. The best time to reach him is during the a.m. hours and late afternoon on weekdays: 682-8550.
There is plenty of local media that would like to see and publicize what happened to you and your video evidence. I'd like to eventually see it also.
I wouldn't run to the U.S. Similar things happen there, such as DEA and local police thugs knocking down doors, tearing homes apart, and shooting up the residents supposedly looking for illegal drugs or drug dealers, often based on a lying informant.
Please keep us informed.

I forgot to mention that Victor spends less time in the office during the fall and spring semesters because he teaches at SDSU three times a week. You might want try e-mailing him. His address is listed on this faculty roster:
http://www-rohan.sds...as_faculty.html
I still encourage you to file a complaint with the state human rights office as well and show them your copy of the Ministerio Publico report.

Did anything new happen today?
Good Luck and by the way hundreds of locals make complaints just like you and they are told if the police hassle them to call a special number right away. Not sure what that number is or if it is a different agency.

Keyno I feel really bad for you it sounds like you are the victim of a crazy chica.
Tried to send you a message, was full.
Hey buddy
Well today, state police truck(chev SUV) #123, parked alone on the corner. The cops watched my GF walk from the store to the apartment. So now they know exactly where i live. Musta followed her home from work, they know where she works.
I put all my stuff at a friends place, and taking what i need and heading to ####### tomorrow morning.
They are going down! I ain't backing down, if they just wanted to just scare me, it worked, but i am going all out, to put these bastards in prison, or lose their jobs.
Will be back in TJ, 13 of April with a witness.
Assault, robbery, kidnapping, and break an entering without warrant(paperwork).
Busted!
