My husband is new to Tijuana and is trying to get a job...however he needs some identification and he was told that he needs either 2 witnesses to get that "ID" or go down to the post office to get a picture ID to get the "ID" that you need in order to get a job...so...he went thinking he has his original birth certificate, but come to find out its only a copy... (It looks like its the original to us) but they told him he needs to get an original to be able to get a picture ID at the post office...so that's where he's at...He needs a job asap...does anyone know if he can get a certified copy of his birth certificate "from Chihuahua" in Tijuana?
