Hello,
My husband and I will be moving to Rosarito in July. He is a mexican citizen and I am a US citizen.
We are looking to rent a house for a minimum of a year.
What are some good areas and what are the rental prices right now in that area?

Rosarito Beach is really nice. Been here 2 years. Just check out Craigslist for Rentals. Anything off the main drag is good. I live right in middle of town at Qunita Del Mar and love it. Very safe area. Gated community and good restaurant "Beachcomber". Check it out. They have a web site Rosaritovacation.net listing all the rentals available.
