blink.gif My friend moved to TJ.... he let his visa expire and overstayed in the US and now he has to wait the ten years to re apply....that being said...he moved to TJ so that he could still have close contact with family and friends. He moved into a nice looking apartment in Otay for 325 a month that leaked like a sieve and is now growing mold on the ceiling...he is having a difficult time finding a job in TJ...he is 53 does anyone know of a decent apartment for rent and any advice for finding work would be greatly appreciated.
I have been helping him out and so has his family, but funds are getting low...
