Construction has not began at the Trump Ocean Resort. Even though the first tower was initially scheduled to be finished in 2008.

Looks like a gran fracaso in Baja.

This was on the news not to long ago something that they still didn't have all the proper documentation for the building permits but they are still trying to sell units.

The funny thing is that this development was supposed to be the hottest thing since 'sliced bread'. Supposedly was sold out in a day... yea right.

I don't think it will ever be built. Way, way too expensive... There is ZERO demand for this type of high end living, especially now with the security climate and economy.

Last month Donald Trump servered ties with the development and has pulled his name out of the resort.

The project has not broken ground yet and can no longer be called the Trump Ocean Resort.

If they win the lawsuit I think they will have a hard collecting since a lot of Trumps projects are in financial trouble.

I've been down there and nothing is open anymore. Just a crane and a huge empy lot.
What a waste and where did the money go?
