I'm working on getting my wife a visa to go to the US and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the process or a lawyer that could help me out...

I know this is an old post but I was curious why nobody responded

and more importantly if anyone can make a reference to an immigration lawyer who can help with Mexican Visas?

I mean visas issued by Mexico to people who want to live in Mexico.

Thanks

I don't have any attorney references but here's an internet forum with details on the process for obtaining most types of visas.

Unless there are some specific legal issues IMHO immigration lawyers are a waste of money. High paid typing service more likely to make errors than you are. I started with some in Chula Vista but fired them for incompetence. One was an ex-ADA, probably got fired there.
