Who is sick of Tijuana?

I'm sick of CESPT. I've been trying for six months to fix issue with the $2728.00 peso water bill I got in Sept 2006, when my bills had for a year and a half prior to that always been $40 - $60 pesos monthly. They sent their inspector out here to my apt in December to check my water meter and the inspector says that the meter was possibly switched with one of the other DEPARTAMENTOS. HE said it would require a secondary inspection but these guys never show up on the day they say they are. I took the day off to fix this shit today with the 2nd inspector and I called there customer service this morning to find out that the inspector came yesterday. MADRE DE DIOS!!!! I TOLD THEM TODAY!!!! That's the third time already.
I haven't paid a water bill since Sept and I won't until they fix this supposed two thousand peso bill. I am cool with not paying, so long as they don't cut me off.

I aint to happy with CFE, those bastards cut my light off in December for being FIVE days late. What the?

If you get too far behind with the water bill, the worst thing they do is put an orifice on your meter to limit the flow and you will be taking showers with just a small stream. If you are late a day or two with the electric bill you stand a very good chance of having service cut off. CFE doesn't give you the chance to get behind with them. They are very unforgiving in that regard which is why I always make sure I pay my bill as soon as I get it.

Funny how quick CFE is to cut customer's electricity, but to turn it back on that is a different story. Luckily I had a friend that taught me how to FILCH THE JUICE as a temporary solution.

Ahhh, I made it up. Not really to proud of what I did so I thought I’d write it a puzzling way to kind of hide it.

Am I the only one that finds similarity in these two threads.
" Sick of Tijuana " and " Got Robbed " These two belong together.

JDTJ
I support your post in the " Got Robbed " thread totally.

How is it intellegent people can look at the same thing and come up with totally opposite attitudes. Could it be ones exposure to the subject matter . Does a horse running with blinders have a better view of its surroundings then those without or is it tunnel vision that is adjustable to the track their running that day ?

Well maybe the person who got robbed is sick of that happening in Tijuana....

New points in being sick of Tijuana..

1) Being robbed by cops and thieves.
2) Having shootouts between police and organized crime in a hospital 4 blocks from my house.

Sorry about that sdc , think you may have missed my point.

It appears that a blogger ( or 2 ) had support for the merrits of Tijuana in the Sick of Tijuana thread. Yet in the Robbed thread it appears they have had a change of heart. Thus the reference to horse race, blinders, tunnel vision. Hope this clarifies it.

sdc, would you please clairify your tree in the forest so I may better understand that ?

3) Having the Zetas and policia go at it with automatic machine guns NEXT DOOR (after offing some cadet kid that was 3 months into the "force").
