When is the best day to check ad's in La Frontera or El Mexicano for places in TJ ????
I am in the Los Altos/Soler area paying 300 dollars for a 2BR but can't afford it anymore.
I have to cut my rent in half even if it means, which it will, moving into a smaller place and I have til the end of June...

Not sure when the best day is. Why don't you just walk around the area you want to live and start calling numbers on the for rent signs. That was how I found my place. I don't even think they put an ad in the paper. You can also look at the papers on line as well. Goodluck.

i first lived in otay whem i moved here 3 yrs ago and would consider it. but the 905 bus in SD that goes to otay stops at 6pm (makes no sense whatsoever) and that would be hard for my commute.

i miss parque de la amistad.

Hi,

I've this apartment for rent in the area of Jardines de la mesa Tijuana, that's on the east side of Tijuana about 5-7 minutes
from the Costco that is next to the home depot. Driving distance to either of the two borders is about 10-15 minutes.
I'm trying to find a responsible tenant that is looking to rent long term. I've it listed for $250, but I can drop it to $225 with a
1 year lease.

There lots of houses on cragis list. How does anyone feel about using one of the people who manage them. Like real estate people that are trying to rent? I have talked to a few and they always tell me to let them know what I am looking for where and how much I want to pay. I would like to go and just walk around and look. Ah someday!!

I know it's been awfully quiet.. I would have thought more Americans are moving to Tijuana now that it's much safer.
