It is an Los Angeles package with all(maybe not, but HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Others) movie channels. I pay $70.
They said they lost all signal and their is a current investigation going on.

I will give it more time before I make a move. If I did not already have cable I would move faster.

It going to be a long time before you get you tv back.sk*y and tele**sa is suing all the retailers that sale dish network or directv from the USA in Mexico and it doing investigation so if the retailers try to do the same agan most likely go to jail.

I'm sure you know more than me, but I find it interesting that they are sitting in their office the regular hours saying it will be back. It would seem like now would be a good time to close and run and hide. smile.gif

Me too, maybe same guy he is in N Rosarito area and had it installed the day after we went into his shop and the 2 times we have had issues he was right there to fix it. Limon I believe is the name of the company.

No the guy I was dealing with is named Tony. He was supplying me with service via extra recievers he had. He had to swap out recievers 2 or 3 times over this year. My service just went out last Saturday. I called him and he was in the hospital so I have been all week without Dish. Today I just purchased a reciever from him and I called to Dish to establish my own service without a two year contract. Now I own the reciever and dish. I tried to activate my service today but they need to send me a new smart card which I will get next week. It is nice not being locked into a two year contract. I can stop and start service or add and drop packages. I will take this with me back to the States if I ever deceide to move back. I was contemplating Sky or Dish Mexico but you need to sign a oontract and no local SD channels and it does you not good to have it in the States.
