Lou....
It's okay for Marcelo to blow up... but not the customer???
Dealing with upset customers (for whatever reason) is business 101. If you can't hold on to your temper as a business owner that is in business to serve the customer... the said businessman has no business being in business.
Especially after one small complaint... I certainly don't think galvezis' post was that blasting big time, agressive or unwarrented. He simply said that his wife was upset that she was charged more than expected, and would not be back to use the fax service... he even inferred that he would still come try the food (which I doubt he will do now due to how Marcelo blew up)
What if the difference in quoted price was $15usd instead of $1.50, what if it was $150... the amount is not important. It's the principle. More importantly it's how "Marcelo" treats his customers... even if they are complaining about service or price... whatever... to be a good businessman you gotta be nice to the customer if you want them to come back.
And who doesn't want customers to come back??? I guess maybe a Funeral Parlor because that would just be disgusting./
You know I love you Lou... but lighten up Francis... (I wouldn't want one of your "checks")
