The one in the food court? I think the name is Tortas Chapultapec. Or in Torta Plaza? I find torta plaza to pretty good, though I am not sure I have ate at the one in Plaza Rio.

I did not know there was a food court in Plaza Rio?
The Torta place I am referring to is if you were to walk out of Commercial Mexicana you would go left and past the little pizza place then a few clothes shops then there is the Torta place.

Whhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...................there is a food court in Plaza Rio, you don't say? HK, How long have you been in TJ? And how long have you been to Plaza Rio? lol But yes there is a food court in this Plaza. You know the Burger king that is in the middle of the strip? Make a left, and it will take you to the food court.

Yeah I know Burger King but I have never gone left down that way. Wow you learn something new everyday jajajaja
