They have changed their name. Not sure if the ownership is the same. Now I forget their new name

He makes the onion rings from scratch. No store bought frozen junk. The total was 75 pesos. You get what you pay for here, It is very good.

The owner said locals could not pronounce, "Beverly's."
So he changed it to "Burguis."

Yes it is the same Beverlys burger in Playas ..the best is the Beverly ultimate with aros...onion rings.. We were looking for a real burger place and happy to find one opened in Playas!!!! Oh the Chipolte cream sauce is soooo good. I see they will also make cheesy fries like nachos with jalapenos.

Beverly Burgers has a second branch.
For of you who have not had pleasure of going to Otay, Beverly Burgers has a second branch near the Zona Rio.
Its on Prolongacion Paseo de Heroes past Sanchez Taboada before Agua Caliente. Right past the large high school on the right hand side of the road. In other words, if you're going South down Paseo de Heroes you will go past the last traffic circle then past the huge high school and its on the right hand side of the street. If you pass a Pemex station you've gone too far.

I have not tried this place yet. I run by this place on weekends but it is usually early in morning so I thought is was closed down based on past reports in this thread. I ran by Saturday around 11am and they were opening up for business.

I think they have about 4 or 5 locations. The newest one is in la Cacho on Brasil across from the school and where NY Pizza was before they moved across the street.
