What was the cost of the root canal and was their any hidden costs? My guess is the dentist industry has taken a huge hit in the past year or so.

IT WAS $4OO WITH NO HIDDEN COSTS. YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENTS ON EACH VISIT.

They have payment plans too? That would be a huge plus it sounds like many of the guys here have used his services with no complaints.

not a US styled payment plan. for a root canal, it takes 3 visits, and you can pay as much of the fee as you wish. the bill will be paid in full on the last visit.

They must have increased their prices again...
My molar root canal and post alone costs US$299.
I talked to them about the crown but they wanted to charge another $199 for a porcelain base crown. (The $400 root canal + crown deal is not available, as i found out...) i also found out that the $199 crown contains >75% of the controversial nickel ... i didn't want to take the risk. The alternative is a high noble metal fused to porcelain crown that costs $399 at Bartell, which is just as expensive as my co-payment in So Cal with my insurance.
so i am looking for another good and less expensive place to have my crown made.
