yeah but what i dont understand is that if i have a vehicle registered in mexico with mexican plates and a mexican drivers licence, can you drive that car in san diego and if so can they trace you into the U.S. I mean i will be living in mexico so having it registered in mexico wouldn't be a problem to me unless i cant drive in san diego.

i don't think that will let you fly under the radar. if your license is suspended its generally pretty easy to straighten out. what type of suspension is it??

the suspension is due to a DUI 2 years ago. i have to go back to court pay a fairly large fine and hope they will reinstate my license. but here i can get away without driving. there in san diego i cant so i was just trying to see if there was a way around it.
if anybody knows of any large condos or apartments on the coast there. preferbally 4 bedrooms (luxury) if its worth the money ill pay it. please tell me
