My friend also tried phentermine and tenuate with no success. Both raised her blood pressure too. She has been taking didrex now and lost a considerable amount of weight without the side effects.

Maybe didrex is available in TJ?

Follow up. I did find Asenlix in Centro but under different brand names. PM me for details. Now to see if it helps.

A good way to start a Diet is by walking at least 15 minutes and watching what you eat. I think if you walk you'll feel good about yourself and will want to eat healthy afterwards. Hope this helps anyone. If anyone has any questions on my diet feel free to ask.

Any tips on exercise for someone with a couple herniated lumbar disks, so walking is painful, and a complete ruptured cervical disk with cervical arthritis?

Doctor keeps telling me to swim. I tell him to pay to have a pool installed in my back yard.

I would see a physical therapist.

I pay 55 pesos per one hour session at the Centro de Rehabilitacion in La Mesa.
