Can somebody please expand on the police corruption there?

Fatboy I think that is why we saw so many federal police cars. They want to stop police corruption and I believe the federal police has taken over. A few months back the new mayor said they are taking steps and firing a lot of the old police force and making them take pop lie detector tests and if they fail they get fired. They're trying I give them that. My neighbor is a firefighter and says he's never seem a new administration be so aggressive towards corruption and believes this is a step in the right direction.
