Sirloin Stockade in 5 y 10 has a good all you can eat buffet for about 10-15 dollars that includes a nice large juicy steak.

Sirloin Stockade is not actually at 5 y 10. It's a couple blocks further by Plaza Carrousel.

Ok I have been to the steak stockade or what ever it is called. Its ok, the steak was cooked right at least. Tried the Angus Steakhouse on Saturday and got the biggest steak I have ever seen. There was no way I could ever eat it all. 30 for both my husband and myself. They cooked it right there to. Now we want to find a good seafood place-any suggestions?

Mariscos Titos in Playas, located southwest of la comer on islas coronado is not bad.

This place has the freshest seafood, the owner actually owns a fishmarket somewhere so its well known for that.
I found a link

El Faro de Mazatlan
Located on Sanchez Taboada, in a plaza with a lots of Dr's offices.
Across from Blockbuster Video. Exactly parallel to Plaza Rio.
I get steak @ El Nido's in Rosarito or TGI fridays.
El Nidos is a family farm of animals somewhere?
The place is decked out with ancient farm decor.
Theres an Argentine steak place, that I go to all the time like every other day. Plaza on Aguascaliente and Rosales/ampm/pemex
$5-$15 inexpensive combos, ribs, brochettas.
dont know the name, but its next to Aki Sushi.

In Tijuana for a good streak Fondo Argentino. They serve large, grilled steaks.
For something more upscale try the Grand Bristo. (The meat is good, although the portions aren't as large as at Fondo Argentina.) The Grand Bistro has good prime rib, although the portions are a little small. They also have a good chateaubriand for two.
Also, Pampas (on Sanchez Taboada) is a good place to go for beef. The meat is grilled on a spit and sliced at your table. Since it's all you can eat you'll get your fill.
