My favorite devliery pizza in Mexico...good 2 medium any topping for 10 dollars.

Little Ceasars has or had a better two for one deal and they're not as bad here as they are in the US. But Mama Mia is definitely pretty good.

Teh best thing about MamaMia's is they have a data base by phone number so you only need to give your address once....and then just your phone number and they always know where you are..

mama mia's is best pizza in TJ..no question.

pay the extra couple bucks.

It's subjective, I like Mama Mia's but my pizza fanatic wife doesn't. She was in heaven when we were in Venice in July. I wish there was a Numero Uno.

Vittiros on Rev makes some good more Italian style pizza if you want to go that route...

Vittorios is pricey and they never have 2x1 deals OF course they are not a all pizzarea store either. And I never said Mama Mia was bad only said Little Ceasars was ok here (JDTJ, remember those pizzas I bought to the Donnie and Sparks room, that was from Little Ceasars). But a lot of TJians swear by Daminos, go figure.

At least Vittorio's has some faux Italian ambience, if you can distance yourself from the street entrance. Pleasant Staff. Good for a cheap date,if your not trying to impress too much. They weren't into the "burn and turn" attitude of some other places I have encountered in the same price range. The antipasto was acceptable, but like one other blogger I have been spoiled too, but in my case it was Brooklyn, NY ( L & B Spumoni Gardens in Sheepshead Bay rules!!). If you want a decent meal, time to talk, convenience in a central location, then Vittorio's is the place to go.

Vittirio's is pricey? Well I guess it is more than McDonalds but I wouldn't say expensive

I can't hold out any longer; gonna try Momma Mia's; its been six months without a pizza; was just reading the best pizza in New York and Chicago;OH!!! I miss those days/nights at Grimaldi's and Gino's East................

Will even take Dominos right now!

Mama Mias is the best pizza in town no doubt.
We have a Papa Johns nearby but I have yet to try it. A Baja Brooklyn Pizza joint just opened up near my house but has USA prices and sells about 3 pizzas a day
I have yet to try it but will soon.

Swap meet pizza is available on the weekends for 5 dollars large 1 topping. You get what you pay for in the swap meets but if you are real hungry or cheap it hits the spot

Vittorio's is under 14 bux for most entrees and pizzas are around 10 i think. the portion sizes are huge. you can eat her for under 10 bux if you want.

Giuseppi's is even cheaper and the quality IMO is a little better than vittorio's, but smaller portion size. Entrees here run about 8 bux and come with soup or salad. some with both. I have eaten here with my g/f and had a half bottle of wine with tip for 30 bux.

Everytime I go to Vittorios, I end up in the high 20s to low 30 range. Two or more alcoholic drinks is like having a third person with you at the table.

You know some good pizza my friend. Mama mia's is a far cry from Gino's east or Giordonno's, but its teh best mexico has to offer. It satisfies my pizza craving. The other solution is to order pizza from chicago. Lou Malnatti's will ship frozen deep dish across the country. than you just bake it in the oven. I was working in LA last year and ordered some stuff from chicago to introduce my CA friends to deep dish.

Giseppe's or Vittorio's. Giseppe's I think has better food, larger portions, and better prices. Vittorio's is downtown. Since it has the more convient location I eat there more often.

You are killing me you know........slowly with Chgo pizza cravings.
Used to know a United Airlines Stewardess (oops= service person) that flew to Chgo and used to bring back Gino's East (oh to die for!!!! well maybe not; my grilled cheese will be ok for tonight).

Don't have an oven but thanks.

And to Chiquito: the pizza as we know it is an American inventin; born in NYC and improved in Chicago; all the pizza I had in Italy was more of an appetizer/salad thing in the 60's anyway.
