Three months ago today, she bailed AGAIN when she fled to avoid prosecution. Her trial was set for April 16, 2008. She hasn't been seen in Austria since. If you see her in Tijuana, please call the authorities. This woman has been diagnosed with "profound personality disorder" and she could become dangerous. Nope, I'm afraid she's not Barbara Bush. She's a very sick, demented woman who is quite possibly armed and is considered to be very dangerous. Austria has very strict stalking laws and the last thing this woman wants [her name is Heidi Schnitzer] is to be caught and returned to her homeland. She'll not only go down on stalking charges but there is also an arrest warrant for fleeing that she is going to have to deal with.

No problem. I had other sources as well who said she's been seen at the Adelita Bar. Unfortunately, not enough people realize that she is a fugitive from Austria who has threatened to murder 3 people. The main concern is that she may illegally attempt to enter the U.S. to carry out her death threats.

Could this say something about Austrian society having too much time on their hands ?
Josef Fritzl sexually enslaved his own daughter from the outside world while Adolf Hitler brought hell on earth to many peoples.
Image if these folks could only find work at Walmart, Wendy's, or some other McJob.
They would be struggling daily just to afford some scrappy rental and haven't any health care.
These people would most likely be too busy to spend what little free time on some fantastic machinations or plain 'ol evil doing.

Besides, David Caruso blew it leaving NYPD when he did. It's almost unforgivable.

She wrote out her plans and mailed her now famous "death threat letter" to David Caruso at CBS Studios in 2006. After the FBI tracked her down in Mexico last summer 2007, Schnitzer was sent packing back to Austria where her first hearing (July 2007) was re-scheduled for April 2008. AGAIN, Schnitzer fled and she is now hiding out in Tijuana, Mexico. Therein lies the rub. Schnitzer has already been boasting on Caruso-related forums that she is in San Diego and Chula Vista even though she cannot legally enter the U.S. In addition, the woman has abandoned her young daughter to pursue her threats against Caruso, his daughter and Liza Marquez.

It's one thing to make fun of David Caruso. It's a totally different matter to threaten to murder him and two other people.

Other bloggers and myself exchange information and that's how we know where she is. Plus, she has boasted on at least one site that she is in Chula Vista and San Diego which, if true, would not be good for Caruso and his family. Although I am a fan of David Caruso, I also realize that he is human and has his flaws. We all do in fact. But no one deserves this and no one deserves to be threatened with death and have their family members threatened. Last summer Schnitzer fled to avoid her Austrian arraignment on stalking charges and ended up in Mexico. The FBI located her and sent her packing back to Austria. She fled again in April 2008 and is now in Tijuana. The Austrians seem to have swept this all under the rug so to speak while the lives of three people hang in the balance. Therein lies my involvement. Schnitzer was diagnosed with "profound personality disorder" by a court-appointed psychiatrist who also stated that Schnitzer has the potential of becoming dangerous. It is feared that she may attempt to illegally enter the U.S. to carry out her threats.

This all started a couple of years ago when Schnitzer located and followed Caruso to a Miami bar. Keep in mind this woman is from Austria so she flew across the Atlantic to pursue a sexual encounter with the actor. When Caruso rejected her advances, Schnitzer then took up a letter writing campaign. She sent Caruso nearly 100 letters demanding an autograph. When none was forthcoming, she sent the now famous death threat letter to Caruso in care of CBS Studios. That is when the FBI got involved in the case. Schnitzer herself related this story to another blogger before her love obsession turned to hate obsession.

Part of Schnitzer's stalking involves flooding various Boards, fansites and comment sections of blogs that mention the words "David Caruso" with negative and defamatory remarks. Here is perfect example of what happens when this woman hi-jacks someone's blog. See AceHQ. Schnitzer lives and breathes by RSS Feeds and as soon as she is alerted to a "caruso" mention she pounces on the blog. She then uses multiple pseudonyms to trash Caruso and give the appearance of support where there is none. She also attacks me and the other bloggers who are tracking her.

As you can see, AceHQ doesn't really care for Caruso either, but he was forced to remove the link he posted to Schnitzer's website (she has at least 4 blogs devoted to hating Caruso) after he was notified by a number of us who she was and what she was doing to his blog. Some bloggers have been forced to shut down their comments just to get rid of her. And because she oftentimes uses proxy servers, it is difficult to block her i.p. as she simply returns under a new one.

Sorry to be so long winded, but this gives you some background into the deranged mind of this very dangerous woman. If you have any other questions, let me know.

Ok now I'm scared here I assumed TJ was full of normal criminals and now I have to remain frightened that the next time I order a bucket of Coronitas that they'll be delivered with a bloody ear and a "I hate David Caruso" Bumper sticker. I personally welcome miss whats her face, we need more celebrities here in TJ and you gotta start somewhere. Maybe she can take a lesson from the asstronaut loopy attention whore and try to get a corporate sponsorship from Depends.

For any of the 'doubting Thomases' reading this topic, every fact from Sarakanne is the truth. The Caruso stalker is slithering about in TJ. She's a cross between a viper boa, squeezing the life from any perceived enemy, and a chameleon, changeable with the wind when necessary.

While we often joke about this criminal lurking about your city, she is "profoundly disturbed" and a threat to anyone opposing her.
